I will spare the details on why the support was no help but I wasn't getting anywhere with it. So here I am.again!

I bought and fell in love with Kaspersky back when version 6 was new. Now I am on 2009. I recently reimaged one of my PC's but have since misplaced my envelope with the key.actually this isn't the first time. I had to dig through 4 bags of trash to find it the first time.I tell my wife 'never throws things away' So my question is what do I do? Where can I find the key that is on the laptop I am sending this topic from?

Then I was bumped to the bottom of the Que again and waited for ever to finally be reconnected. I sticky'd the same question to the next person and sat there for like 5 minutes with no answer. Maybe I will try a different approach.
