Hi Reza, To build upon what Isaias has said, one of the immediate concerns after completing a system copy, especially when copying a production system, is that the new system will start trying to connect to the rest of your landscape, possibly sending erroneous or duplicative data into connected production systems. So, the way I manage this is to always check the option for Interrupt before SAP System starts in SWPM.

Then, when SWPM pauses, right before starting the system, edit the instance profile (with a text editor) and set rdisp/wpnobtc to 0. This way no batch jobs will run upon startup, thus giving you some breathing room to cancel scheduled jobs in SM37 and to edit or delete RFC Destinations in SM59. When you've done that, you can edit the instance profile again (this time in RZ10) to set rdisp/wpnobtc back to whatever it should be, then restart. Note, with this method you will get a STARTCALLSICK short dump when you first startup (and an error when you first logon) advising you that the system must have at least one batch process in order to work properly.

Obviously, you can ignore that, as you did this intentionally and will be correcting it later. Cheers, Matt. Hi Reza, I had come across same situation and what I did was simple and smooth. Just go to SM59 and place cursor on rfc and press f1 and pick the table. Then, go se16n in change mode and to do mass change, copy all target host name into excel and add any character at the end of target host names and paste it back on table. And this is the trick I used and it worked.

Note: After above step you will get dump when you try to use va03 or any transaction display and if so please figure out which rfc is that and replace it as it was before. This rfc is related system itself so should be fine if you don't disable it.
